Raoul is No Longer... A Man of God The first Son of Mary to take flight towards eternity! And he "decided" to leave at the dawning of the Great Triduum leading to the Jubilee of the Year 2000! To a certain extent, even his death has something ESCHATOLOGICAL about it!
For him, now, the seven seals have been broken and he sees, in eternal glory, the Lamb of the Apocalypse of whom he has spoken so well.
One day, at Marseille, he "knew", because it had been revealed to him. Now he "knows", without obscurity, the Truth of what he proclaimed all the way to Rome, the center of Christianity.
He was truly "Mary's Theologian", the one whom he loved to refer to as "SHE".

1988 - Brother Raoul in his
apartment in Quebec City.It was as I was leaving, this evening, the chapel of the Saint Joseph Residence where I work that I learned of Brother Raoul Auclair's death. We have lost a giant in Marian apostolate and a great Prophet for our times, who seemed to speak and write as though Saint John the Evangelist was speaking and writing through him. I came to know of the works of this prophet and indeed Raoul himself through the Army of Mary.
He told me that Marthe Robin, of the Drôme region, had advised him that he had a mission. He was unaware of this and he asked her what this mission was. And Marthe answered:"Now is the time to distribute your book Le Jour de Yahvé!"
This past Sunday, I had a strong desire to read the book Le Jour de Yahvé as well as Eschatologie de notre Temps. I took this latter, opened it at random and read: "The night of the second Christmas Christ will REIGN. The other can only dominate. ALL THE PEOPLES: and there will be UNITY in freedom and diversity. As for the Other, it can only be uniformity through constraint.
"This has ceased being prophecy and has become history. A story which has begun, is wellunderway, and not yet consummated, but which will be consummated in the `consummatum est' of THIS world.
"Because, all of a sudden, the new Day, the SEVENTH DAY, will be like a getting up from death, a bursting forth from the depth of darkness. A resurrection. There was Christmas. This will be the EPIPHANY."

The Latter Times
/.../ He, more than anyone, had grasped the mysterious structure of the Times which, from a very early age, he had drawn from Daniel's Songe du Colosse [dream of the giant] and from Michel de Nostre-Dame. His certitude that we were in the latter times and, even more so, in the Day of Judgment or Day of Yahweh, was simply reinforced by his constant contact with the mystics and with Her, the Lady of All Peoples, who was his Lady of chivalry. She guided his entire life, and knowing that she was dealing with a child, she granted him a profusion of signs... Bernard Fortin, Hébertville

A Mystical Experience
/.../ One must understand that Raoul Auclairs works are not an intellectual construction, systematically elaborated according to the hypothetical-deductive methods characteristic of modern thought. Constantly referring to Scripture in a literal manner, his works contain a secret which he reveals to us and in which many, I think, have not believed. At a turning point during the war,Raoul had a mystical experience of a fraction of a second, a illumination, which made him understand what he would have to write with regard to "divine knowledge", and that this knowledge would be, in a way, progressively revealed to him as he wrote. From this experience, he had the impression of having learned everything instantaneously. /.../ All the books and articles Raoul was to write were developed from the uncontrolable "unfolding" of a main theme so that an understanding the Scripture developed as he exercised his profession of writer.Raoul devoted the last twenty years of his life to the Army of Mary. He has left us with many works upon which we will one day come back. As of now, Raoul has the signal grace of contemplating in the beyond what he discovered here below in Holy Scripture. As for us, another stage has now come to an end.
