DECRETUM DEFINITIVUM

IOANNE PAULO II feliciter regnante, Pontificatus dominationis suae anno XIII, die 20 aprilis 1991, videntibus Em.mis ac Rev.mis PP. DD. Achilles Silvestrini, Praefecto, Bernardino Gantin, Ponente, Petro Palazzini, Rogerio Etchegaray, Simone D. Lourdusamy, et Eduardo Gagnon, in causa Quebecen., inter recurrentem “L’Armée de Marie”, repraesentatam per Adv. Conradum Bernardini, et resistens Pontificium Consilium pro Laicis, repraesentatum per Adv. Riccardum Romano, interveniente in causa Rev.mo P. Velasio De Paolis, C.S., Promotore Iustitiae Deputato, hoc tulit definitivum decretum.

DEFINITIVE DECREE

JOHN PAUL II gloriously reigning in the 13th year of his Pontificate, on April 20, 1991, the Most Eminent and Reverend Fathers Achille Silvestrini, Prefect, Bernard Gantin, Relator, Pietro Palazzini, Roger Etchegaray, D. Simon Lourdusamy, and Édouard Gagnon, being present in the Quebec suit between the “Army of Mary”, plaintiff, represented by the Advocate Corrado Bernardini, and the Pontifical Council for the Laity, as the opposing party, represented by the Advocate Riccardo Romano, and also intervening in the suit the Most Reverend Father Velasio De Paolis, C.S., Designated Promoter of Justice, the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura has issued this definitive decree.
