LIFE OF LOVE - XI
The Lady of All Peoples
(May 1975 - January 1976)

The Army of Mary begins its second pilgrimage to Europe, and this time it will also go to the Holy Land. Marie-Paule’s husband, Georges, and their two sons André and Pierre are among the three hundred pilgrims.

On June 1, 1975, the pilgrims are in Rome. All are unaware that on this day they will experience profoundly the mystery of an authentic love which the cross has purified, in an outpouring of incessant appeals which finally blossoms into a hymn of love, in supplication to a merciful Presence which sheds over all things a new light.

“A quite unscheduled program unfolds, under the sign of ‘Reconciliation in Christ’. Three persons give their testimony, a testimony in harmony with the ideal of perfection and which has the potential to blossom forth as the marvelous fruit of our ever-fecund Church” (chapter 21).

Furthermore, on returning from the pilgrimage, the Army of Mary undertakes to organize twelve solemn ceremonies in Canada and the United States. These beautiful religious ceremonies unite souls in prayer and brotherliness. Various testimonials are given again and are a source of grace. Each one carries his cross and thirsts for these meetings through which the Lord radiates. From the soul that commits itself to following the path that elevates, there rises a confident appeal to the Church. With what tenderness and respect we must hear it, for the quality of our love will become the stumbling block that will crush it or the springboard which will elevate it.
